Designed as a single shot with a permanent magazine installed to make it CA compliant as a pistol. This can be made semi auto when you move to another state that allows it. Great Dane AK Armory syas that the gas port is not drilled on these AK pistols. If you move out of state where semi auto is allowed, you can mail them back the AK “WITH OUT” the bolt and carrier, and they will do it at no charge for you.
